Pre-Sales Support:  If you have a question after reviewing our products, please look to see if it is answered
on our FAQ page.  If not, then feel free to send us an e-mail.  We will reply to you promptly.

Order Placement Support:  To place an order, please call us or send us an e-mail.  We will give you a total price including shipping and sales tax, if applicable.  We accept all major credit cards by phone at the time you place your order, or by personal check in advance of product delivery.

Order Processing Support:  After you place an order with us, we will send a confirmation e-mail to you.
If you have chosen to have your order shipped to you, the e-mail will include details about the arrangements
for the delivery of your merchandise.  If you have chosen to pick-up your order from our warehouse, the
e-mail that you receive will include details regarding the arrangement for a pick-up. 
If you do not receive a
confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours of placing an order through or online store, or if you have any
other questions related to your order, please send us an e-mail.  We will reply to you promptly.

Product Installation and Usage Support:  All Purr-SecureTM products are shipped with clear and complete
instructions for installation and use.  If you have a question after reading the instructions that were included
with the product, please look to see if your question is answered on the FAQ page of this web site.  For
questions related to the product warranty and our Sales Policy, please see the Sales Policy section of this
